RMA Form Instructions

Use the RMA form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning material to Bargain Sales USA Co. When returning equipment to Bargain Sales USA Co, Inc. please observe the following instructions:

When Returning A Damaged Product:

 

  1. Request an RMA Number

    You must obtain an RMA number before returning material to Bargain Sales USA Co. This is done by completing the online RMA form.

Before submitting an RMA form you need:

  • Item number of the product in question.

  • Name of a contact.

  • Detailed description of the problem with the item

  • Date of delivery

Bargain Sales USA Co will notify you of your RMA #, when you submit your RMA form. 

All RMA #'s are valid for 14 days from the issue date.

  1. Packaging Your Equipment

    After receiving your RMA number, use the following steps to prepare your package for shipment:

  • Use a box large enough to allow for adequate cushioning material on all sides of the equipment.

  • To properly cushion the contents of your package, wrap each item separately. Use proper electrostatic discharge (ESD) precautions.

  • Include in your shipment a description of the problem and a point of contact at your company.

  • Firmly tape the lid of the box with packaging tape.

  1. Labeling Your Package

    When shipping a package, include your RMA number on the label. Send the package to the following address:

    • You can return your custom framed print, your ready-to-ship print, and your non-framed product purchase, within 30 days of purchase

    • You will receive a refund for the purchase price of your print or product

    • You pay your return shipping costs

    • If you had a shipping charge, the guarantee does not cover that charge

    Traditionally, custom framed prints cannot be returned. (Imagine the reaction at your local frame shop if you came to pick up your framing and told them that you had changed your mind!) However, we understand you may have some hesitation about ordering an item you have only seen on your monitor. We are confident of the quality of our merchandise. So, we offer you our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

    Of course, as rarely happens, if your art is damaged on arrival we will immediately ship an identical replacement to you at no charge.

Note:  

All requests for RMA must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

Failure to follow these instructions may result in your shipment being refused or your RMA not being processed.
